Scrambled Egg with Mushroom & Peas

We all know that eggs are good for health,what makes it so healthy is its all natural,high quality protein and contains all the essential amino acids that's needed from one's
diet.Jump start your day with eggs not only helps sustain your energy levels  but also helps you to shed some pounds.If you want to loose some pounds ,then eat 2 eggs for morning breakfast, but don't have any bread toast along with it.Only eggs are enough to keep you satiated. And also Choline,an essential nutrient found in eggs, stimulates brain development and functions,that's the reason why kids are asked to eat at least one egg regularly. New studies and researchers have found that eating eggs for morning breakfast doesn't  have any impact on blood lipids level,so can have eggs for morning breakfast without any fear of increasing your cholesterol levels.

PrepTime : 5 minutes |Cooking Time: 10 Minutes | Serves: 1-2

Eggs : 2 No's
Button Mushroom: 10 no's/ 50 gms
Fresh/ Frozen Green Peas: 1/4 Cup
Onion: 1 Chopped
Garlic:1 Clove , finely chopped
Green Chilly: 1/2 Chopped
Coriander Leaves: 1/2 Tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese:1/4 Cup
Butter: 5 gms
Milk: 1 Tbsp
Italian Seasoning; 3/4 Tsp
Pepper Powder: 3/4 Tsp
Salt as required

Method:
Break 2 eggs in a bowl,whisk lightly add salt,pepper powder,italian Seasoning,milk ,whisk well and keep it aside.


Take a nonstick pan,add butter,once it melts add chopped garlic,green chilly and onions,saute well.


Add green peas and cook for 3-4 minutes,add sliced mushroom and cook  till it becomes soft. 


With the help of spoon slightly mash the green peas while cooking ,add beaten egg and cook till the base becomes firm.


Once the base is firm ,add chopped coriander leaves,flip it and scramble the egg.Add Mozzarella cheese,once it melts turn off the heat. 


Serve hot.
