Khara Pongal /Spicy Pongal

Khara Pongal,Ghee Pongal is one the simplest and comfort breakfast recipe, it is quite common  breakfast in many of south indian families.I'm not a fan of  khara Pongal but i do
prepare it often as it consumes very less time.I actually didn't wanted to blog about pongal as it is very well known but still few of my readers asked for the recipe as they wanted to get that perfect consistency,so thought of blogging.Though the name says spicy pongal, its not so.Its just the name given as we also do sweet pongal, its only for the purpose of differentiation . I always make pongal with Coconut chutney .Easy,Healthy and Simple!
